This Star Wars: Squadron’s video game is all about space dogfights between the New Republic and the Galactic Empire. This game is said to take place just after the events of Star Wars: Return of the Jedi which picks up when the second Death Star is destroyed. As the New Republic begins to pick up steam and take over, the Empire is still putting up a fight. Players will be taking the role of a pilot on both sides of the war which may give a look behind the motives between each pilot’s reasoning behind the war, though that’s speculative at the moment.

At any rate, there seems to be a big emphasis on multiplayer support. So far we know that there is a 5v5 game mode in which players are zipping through space as they attempt to fight off the antagonist’s fleet ship. There’s even cross-platform support which means no matter what platform you’re playing on, players can connect online and enjoy the gameplay. Another aspect of this game is that those on the PlayStation 4 and PC platforms can enjoy VR support which should give quite an immersive feeling in battles.

Known as Rainbow Six Quarantine, this new video game seems to be taking place in the not so distant future with the battle being against an infection that is seemingly turning people into deadly monsters.

Unfortunately, the trailer reveal for this game is rather brief so we don’t have any full unveiling of the creatures that players not only have to put down but stay clear of from catching the disease. We shouldn’t be too far away from a new reveal for this game as it seems that Ubisoft is hoping to put the game out early next year for the current generation platforms.

Within the game, players take on the role of a highly-skilled hacker who ends up being indebted to an executive of TriOptimum. The game takes place after an accident that leaves you in a coma, but once you awake, you find that you’re alone.

It seems that the station is being monitored by cyborgs and mutants that are under the control of an artificial intelligence named SHODAN. Players will now have to use their advanced hacking skills to stop SHODAN and escape with their life. While development had a bit of a rocky start that ended up with a hiatus, Nightdive Studios is back on track with this upcoming reimagining of the action-adventure game.
