- What you need:
- VirtualBox for Windows
- http://www.android-x86.org/download
- 1) Install VirtualBox
- 3) Install Android-x86 using this guide: http://www.fixedbyvonnie.com/2014/02/install-android-4-4-kitkat-windows-using-virtualbox/
- 5) Go to your VirtualBox Folder

- or whereever you installed it
- vboxmanage setextradata 'Android-x86' 'CustomVideoMode1' '320x480x16'
- where Android-x86 is the name of your Virtual Machine. (Droid in the guide under 3)) and 320x480 your desired resolution (choose multiples of 320x480)

- 10) Go back and hit 'b' for boot
